Service

DebtorNudge provides tools to track invoices and send automated payment reminders. It is not an accounting, legal, debt-collection or credit-bureau service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of customer information, invoices, payment requests and messages sent through the service. Only upload contacts you are entitled to contact.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through PayFast and continue until cancelled. Contact lorindawilkinson@gmail.com for billing support or cancellation assistance.

Email delivery

Email delivery depends on third-party mail infrastructure and recipient systems. Delivery is not guaranteed. Automated reminders are designed to send during configured business hours.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. DebtorNudge does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid or that reminders will recover revenue.

Acceptable use

Do not use DebtorNudge for spam, harassment, unlawful collection practices, misleading invoices or fraudulent payment requests.
