Information processed

We process account details, subscription status, invoice information, customer names and email addresses, reminder history and basic application logs needed to provide DebtorNudge.

Purpose

Information is used to provide the application, process subscriptions, send requested invoice reminders, protect the service and provide support.

Payment information

Subscription checkout is handled by PayFast. DebtorNudge does not store customer card or online-banking credentials.

Security

Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing. Sensitive configuration and application data are intended to be blocked from public web access.

Retention

Account and invoice records are retained while needed to provide the service and for reasonable operational or legal purposes. Contact support for account-related requests.
